Those suggestions are more nonsense...Like the most recent: IT will let you know when they are calling you back..WHAT!!! They have NO idea when they will call you, because they have to run around with your problem and find out who has ANY idea about what you are talking about, let alone how to fix it and then have to figure out when that person is available and what hour that equates to in the US from the Far East...Oh yeah, that will be done too. Suggestions are a "feel good" tactic and no more....And it doesn't work.
