Have probably requested 6 or 7 reversals and got 1 that was actually reversed. One my TSM actually sent on, she thought it should be downgraded, but the almighty QA said no.
Get tired of feeling like I am wasting my time requesting reversals and putting my neck in a noose for retribution from QA.
Most of time the ding would still leave me over 99% and I didn't bother. Lately they have been doing 1 job per week and usually a very short one. When they gig you on that, Kate bar the door!!! the weeks I get 100% they do multiple reports.
I guess if they find an oopsie and can get you, they are done with you.
Think I am going to quit signing off in Fiesa regardless of what TSM says. Fiesa is NOT a teaching tool and I feel it is totally futile to even check.
