Which of course means they get to suck the $ out for 2 whole weeks based on 1 little error in 1 little report per week. It sucks.
I agree it is certainly NOT a teaching tool at all, never has been.
What is it teaching you, that you are human and make an error once in a while and for that you deserve to get your pay docked?
I have never EVER had one ding that made a light go on and I said "Oh, that's how you do that," or "Wow, I didn't know that."
Every SINGLE time it has been a dumb error or a # and really, do they think we would make errors if we knew we were making them? Yeah, because we all want our pay docked for sure. So what are we learning, that we are big dummies beyond redemption? Thanks, !@### FIESA.
