We all know it is not a learning tool as they claim. It's just one of many ways they steal our money. Period. I don't even attempt reversals anymore because it seems every time I do, I am hounded even more harshly by QA the subsequent week. One way or the other, their goal is to steal our money, so I don't both with the time, energy and effort it takes to deal with a reversal (more unpaid time, incidentally). I realize that is a very defeatist attitude, which I'm sure is another one of Nuance's goal. Beat us into submission.
