QA/SHDAs don't report on how many blanks you leave or how many they have to fill in. They leave blanks just as you do when they have to edit the garbage. Don't get QA/SHDAs confused with the auditors or the PCs. They are in the same boat rowing with you. It's the clients and docs who are whining and reporting it to your PCs or suits, not bothering to see the reasons for the blanks.
