In fact when I was transferred to her POD my foot pedal was not working. In addition I had just received a new computer. However, IT failed to transfer my shorthand. I was told to just deal with it. She did nothing to help. No down time. No help dealing with anything. RP is also a stickler for inactive time. It does not matter if you make 150 lph and get 100% QA.
I cannot wait to find another job.
