and that is why I took home $600-$650 per pay period. Their QA is picky, and you are audited about once every 1-2 weeks (multiple files equaling around 200 lines); but their Client Profiles are very detailed and specific, so if they want something done a certain way, you cannot ignore them. As the saying goes, he who pays, makes the rules. So, why would you be mad at QA for being asked to do things a certain way? Anything that is not in the CP, is as per BOS 3, which you would need to have. If you feel you need to do things your way anyway, you'll certainly be considered a bad MT (your words) and probably not work out at TTS. By the way, their quality target was 98%, which is very reasonable, when I was there but don't know if it is the same now.
