Truthfully, the job I have I work on very long files of several hours each, where each one can take a few days to finish, so I pretty much just load them one at a time from the desktop and don't use the queue features of the program. That being said, I do at least know that this player has a lot of features for management of your work list of all files, where among other things you can select which one you want to work with. I know it also has some advanced features along this line, but as I don't actually use these on the job, I'm not that familiar with them. I have a few times in the past contacted the customer support at Transcription Gear, and they were very helpful, so I'd guess if you gave them a call they could answer any questions you have along that line.
