I'm sorry that you could not get help. I am an IC, so that is probably why I qualified. Don't know your situation, but hope you can find a solution. It is so scary to worry about needing to see a doctor and cannot make an appointment. I tried to apply on-line by myself and kept freezing up. I am in the south and there are people employed in some of the local hospitals here. I went into a hospital this week, and a person helped me sign up. I owed the hospital a small bill I have been paying on, and a representative of the hospital sat down with me. I hope things look up for you soon.
