I for one lived check to check before the Obama mandate and took the tax penalty the first year because I could not afford 130 per month. So this year I worked 2 jobs to afford insurance to not get taxed. I have been working 2 jobs just to cover the premium being a single mom. Those good rates must be in other states because I called the marketplace late last year and they were no better than my company's.
