Check with a local insurance company. Ask them to navigate the Healthcare marketplace exchange in your state. My company also has a crappy catastrophic policy. I went outside of work and got mine off the marketplace. I get a few hundred dollars off with the affordable care act that I won't have to deal with until tax time. I got a policy that covers my meds and doctor visits with a copay.
