A while back I changed my schedule for a "short period of time" to help the company I work for. Apparently, we have differing views on short. I have been pretty much forced to look for different opportunities. I am a recent MT grad but I have a bachelor's and a career history before this. My concern is that, in seeking other opportunities, am I going to keep running into the same stuff? This job isn't intended to be my family's main income and therefore, forcing me to work a schedule where I can't take care of my home and children because I get 3 hours of sleep isn't ideal. Are there any companies worth working for anymore?
