EX-TTS MT - Another MT

My experience with TTS was nothing short of an absolute nightmare. I have never seen management act so childish and even go so far as to get into a very nasty verbal confrontation right on this site when I stated the reasons why I had left the company. She even told me it was my fault and insinuated that if I could not make it with their company I would not be able to work for any other MT company. It was NOT my incompetence, but instead it was the platform they were using and the difficulty involved in this platform. The management would not listen to what you were saying, and this supervisor actually gave me quite a verbal reprimand about my skills, even though I was trying to tell her what was really going on with many of the MTs, and how they felt about the work, or lack of work. When I was hired, I was told that if the account I was placed on did not work out, I would be moved to another account...this did not happen, and then I felt like I was being challenged in all areas. They finally started giving me "selected work" where I was only typing so many minutes a day that did not even amount to 4 hours, if that. This is the most horrible company I have ever worked for.
