Who does that?? I would allow her into my PC for something like a question on a tech problem, and she would say "I'll just stay on your PC while you work". I could not believe it! Imagine having every keystroke watched! I had to request she quit doing that so I could get my work done normally.

I seriously doubt the supervisor for the oncology account had any MT experience. I could tell by the corrections in punctuation, which were against the norm for MT. She also didn't recognize errors in the specs and insisted we continue, per specs, even though wrong. Any experienced oncology MT would know he difference.

What is really irritating is that this monitoring took so much time, and our salaries were paying for this individual's completely unnecessary work.
