That they instituted early this year. You can turn in a perfect report, per specs, no errors, and they nitpick by making more rules as they go along. Anything that can be done correctly two different ways will be marked as an error, no matter how you do it. Many of us that were hired for their new oncology account had done that client with another service, so we knew what they wanted. TTS decided to completely re-write the specs and had errors in them we would be dinged for if we didn't transcribe erroneously, as in their re-written specs. When I advised them of this, they seemed offended and never made the corrections. It was a damned if you do, damned if you don't QA system. Many quit in days or weeks as you just could not win.
