It's frustrating enough that these lazy incompetent dictators cause us to work with no pay entering demographics, looking up a mispronounced last name of a doctor to cc, etc. All I think about when having to do free research is how my production numbers are going down. There goes my 10 minute break, have to bring the numbers back up so I won't be terminated and it's the client's fault! Add the pesty messages asking if we are still working, and it's a lot of unnecessary stress. I refuse to stop what I am doing to do more free labor emailing her to reassure her that I haven't taken off to get my hair done.
