I DO deduct a portion of those expenses such as mortgage interest, utilities, phone, internet, etc., but I was just wondering about the issue between what I would actually charge and what the facility actually pays, if the difference between the 2 can be considered a loss. I'll try to find a CPA that will sell a brief lesson on this...Thanks.
