If the scribes are employed by the facilities, then the facilities will have to absorb the costs of onsite employess once again -- insurance, vacation, sick time -- just like they used to for onsite MTs. This was the main reason they got rid of onsite MTs, to save those precious dollars. Their cost-cutting strategies have failed and they are back to the start of this circle game once again hiring empolyees with far less training than the MTs they used to employ. We may be out of a career, but the joke seems to be on them in the end.
