I don't get you people. When an HDSM states OT is being OFFERED, that does not mean in any sense that you HAVE to do it; and as far as the months on end mandatory OT that mysteriously just vanished and we have not had to do, (which I never did anyway by the way), they are just trying to see how far they can push us and you all keep giving in, so of course they are gonna keep pushing the limits. If EVERYONE, and I mean EVERYONE refused to use the swapboard for OT they would have no choice to not use it anymore because they would fall behind terribly and would cave to letting us go back to our own terms. Come on people, stand up for yourselves!
