What has been your experience when a company merges or buyouts another? You are now an IC of that new company and are there generally lay-offs? Also, who decides whether an account will go to VR when it has been straight transcription. Is it the client or the MTSO? I am thinking another company will merge with a bigger company to prevent from going under.
I appreciate any thoughts on this and your past experiences!
