is nothing more than a well thought out plan to "encourage" people to quit. Having employees quit on their own will save them huge amounts in unemployment claim ratings. They clearly have a motive behind this and need people to leave voluntarily instead of using a massive layoff. Speculating here with he said, she said is really nonproductive. I know there is anxiety and fear and working from home compounds this. Your best bet is to see the situation for what it is and start planning. Either grit your teeth and hold on and make them get rid of you. Alternatively, if you don't have the stomach for that, make other arrangements ASAP. The frustration and anxiety is going to affect your health and that, quite honestly, is just not worth it. Good luck to ya all!
