Job Searching - Anon

I am looking for a job right now and am having trouble finding one I am qualified for.  I have 7 years of experience at a multi-speciality clinic, but no acute care experience.  Does anyone know of  company that will hire me with just multi-speciality experience.  How do I get acute care experience if nobody will hire me without it? Could any of you direct me to a good company?  Thanks in advance!
