Maybe I was told wrong, but years ago when I was hired as an MT, multi-specialty is acute care. Acute care was working in a hospital with multi-specialty doctors, so have you applied and got turned down or just went by what they said when they said acute care? I had worked in a small clinic but it had a lot of different specialties and so they took that.
