of the new accounts. I realize that there is probably no completely fair way to do it when different accounts pay differently, but I kind of resent that new people were probably hired and put on accounts that earn more than mine. I did not know until recently that accounts were paid differently. I wish management had been more up front about this. I feel like I am never rewarded for being a hardworking and loyal employee.
