over not hearing back from them. Sometimes it does not depend on how much experience you have. sometimes it depends on when exactly your resume was received. Some of these places know they will be inundated with resumes and put a cap on how many they will accept... sometimes it is the first 10 or so. If you are not in that group, your resume may not have even been seen. Anything after their cap limit was probably discarded.
