As long as I have been working, I've not been told to ignore my primary for the new accounts. That was only when we first got them and they were so behind and they were asking for help to get them down to TAT. You may have been told different, but I haven't been told that. My primary comes first.. hence the name "primary." Also, if you're doing jobs from an account that isn't your primary (when you have work available on your own), then you're possibly taking work from someone who is assigned that account as a primary. That's not exactly "playing fair."
