Hypertensive heart disease - AC

Posted: Jun 29, 2013

with diastolic "alazation"?

Thanks!

diastolic relaxation comes to mind - sm

[ In Reply To ..]
however, usually we hear something like impaired diastolic relaxation. What's the full sentence?

That is - AC

[ In Reply To ..]
the full sentence - Hypertensive heart disease with diastolic 'alazation'. It's in the assessment, but I can't find anything else in the report to help me make sense of it. Multiple google searches came up empty also.

the full sentence was not in the original post - sm

Here's a good one.  This doc says the nurses in the ER noticed that patient may have had a heart rate of "800."  Impossible.  I thought possibly he could be saying "a hundred", but I slowed down the dictation and 800 is what he is saying.  This is an ESL doc who talks very fast.  This is not the first time he has said something incorrect.  ...
