ChartNet's ExpandText disable?

I still swear that is what is bogging down my computer. Every time my computer "freezes" for a few seconds, I see that Autosave message in the left lower corner of the screen. Then it will catch back up and type better for a little bit. I Googled how to turn it off or reset the Autosave to less frequently, but didn't really get a good answer. ...

The only time I really need to do this is when I'm typing allergies. Account specs are to cap whole drug word, but when the shortcut for the drug expands, it expands to lowercase. Is there a key to hit to disable for just one word? Esc worked in IT, but not for Autocorrect. thanks :-) ...

I have been using ChartNet for a few weeks now. My training was really brief, so I still have a lot to learn. With the way we do the headers (cnt-N) and subheaders (cnt-shift-N), there doesn't seem to be any way to paste large sections into the report to include headers and/or subheaders.
