TSM North - Mert

Has anyone noticed how the North TSM is never responding to emails, PTO, important questions, etc. I'm about ready to contact this Joel, the guy above her. You ask for PTO or time off period, and she lets you know 36 hours before the fact if you're lucky. Her initials are JL. I so do not want to go above her, but this is so getting out of control.
Oh yes......... How hard is it to check & approve PTO? Isn't that one of their main jobs? - nm

Just take your vacation. I have the last 8 years. - and still here.

Are you sure we have a TSM or are they just a computer robot or something. (smile).

I will call, leave messages on cell phone, home phone, office phone, send emails daily and if I dont get a timely response I will send another email stating "I have gone ahead and made arrangements, since I have not heard back I am assuming it's okay." And when the time comes I will send a reminder letting them know, "this is just a reminder that I will be off on such-n-such day...thanks!"
I've only had to do that once with old CCM, never with my current one.

[ In Reply To ..]nothing like being told at the last minute that you can take PTO for an event, I'm talking the day before, plus my PTO was NOT on my pay and even sent a message as a reminder and still shows as a "request" in leave in teamwork...this is just unreal and I try to stay positive, but how much can one take before you report her to those above her...seriously!!!

So then there is actually 16 TSMs in the North? - Never checked the org. chart.

hope you are applying for unemployment. MQ is EVIL for not just laying MTs off (when the off-shore more work, which is another form of evil)...but the least they could do is have mercy and do lays offs so MTs can get UI while finding another job. and my supervisor's BOB has been pretty much empty for really the last month or more. I have had maybe 10 jobs of my primary, secondary and so on accounts that Im familiar with for at least 2 weeks. When I do get jobs from these accounts a lot of them have been hard to hear (background noise and such), some of the ASR reports have been horrible with a lot of added words and whole sentences left out.
