Yeah, put all the incentives in place you want. No help will be coming from ME. I hope all the accounts get PO'd and find another company to do their work, one that doesn't outsource!

there has been no update from my CCM since this morning when the system first went down. No word on how she wants us to submit for the downtime, not a peep at all. Very strange.

that is strange about your CCM not updating you all; mine has been good about doing updates, she even has entered in my downtime already for my shift today. I just checked and system still down at 1 a.m. Eastern time.

bone. I got paid 7 hours of downtime today, and whatever incentive they offer me to work more and pad the paycheck, I'll be happy to take. I look forward to making all the money that you could if you weren't so hell bent on cheering this company to failure. I look on these situations as a way to make more money, and am happy to do so.

I just looked and my main account has 1200+ minutes and NO ONE working but me!!! Woo hoo!!!!! I'm glad other MTs don't want to work..... or I'd get stuck on the other accounts I'm not so familiar with. Will be rolling in it next paycheck!

Hi All, I own an MTSO and want to offer the best pay structure possible for our MTs and Team Leads that are hourly employees. Unfortunately, the economy and this industry are still tough, so the sky is not the limit as far as how much I can pay per line. and offering OT on weekends when there is not enough work as it is. As per usual during an incentive (I work FT and work Saturday), half way thru my shift I get NJA. *** On these stupid incentives, I just pray that I can even get my hours in much less any freaking OT. beyond repair. We let it go on far too long, the abuses. The lawsuit will help, but it is not enough, and it will take too long. I shouldn't be complaining about making minimum wage or less than minimum wage or be bullied into changing my timesheet. Somehow I have gotten this virus on my laptop and when searching for ways to remove it on the internet (on my desktop), all the sites are either extremely comlicated or want you to download things in order to remove it. My account was switched over 5 weeks ago and truthfully I don't see improvement. One day I think maybe it is getting better and the next day it's worse. It's simply unfair that MQ pays me the same same whether I do a normally dictated report, or one that is handicapped. Handicapped reports obviously take much more time to finish. Here's my new grading system for leaving markers. It's how I'm going to grade the documents that are necessary to include blanks in case they are thrown back at me for any reason.
