SICK of Fluency being slow to UPLOAD - HotCrossBuns

I have 2 jobs in limbo waiting to upload and 1 waiting to download. Also this morning, chunks of dictation are "missing" from ASR, so not only do we have to correct the crap that ASR has wrong, we also have to type in what it totally missed. For pennies! All my friends are retired now and here I sit working in an Indian sweatshop. Gawd!!!! Where did my life take such a wrong turn??!!!??? Just my personal rant this a.m.

I have had ASR reports with the second half of an H&P that was never dictated! What is even scarier is the basic information was congruent with another report in the system. Makes me angry because it is so dangerous.

ASR IT doesn't believe it could be happening. So, now I file a Remedy ticket with the document number AND send the document number, ticket number and a copy of all added text to my TSM and QAL. Of course I delete the undictated text from the document before uploading.

Although, you do have to recheck to make sure you have heard all the dictation. Recently, I have had jobs where the audio suddenly jumps to the end. This has happened only on ASR jobs. I double check in order to not risk embarrassing myself.

I have enough problems with ASR finishing of sentences like the doc will dictate say COPD and then breathe but say nothing and it will print out exacerbation. I am seeing it more and more here lately. I spend more time erasing crap that was never said then ever before. Very scarey as I also noticed today that formatting of the PEs on my normal accounts has been pretty spot on, which leads me to believe more of my accounts are going to India here soon.

Fluency even slower in late afternoon. Now, I wait for ADT to pull in to accept a visit, but I can use Google within the platform with no issues. Now, I see it even adding to my inactive time. I know it is Fluency because all other electronics work fine. I logged off, clocked out, did a reboot, and could not log back in because it said either cannot connect to server or another user at a different location using same. I had to call DICK-TATE to have them do a reset. WTH!!!! This week is wo ...

I take it I won't get credit for it? Is there anyway to recover it? It was a 2000 sec job so I'd hate to lose it. The Q should at least be smart enough to have a buffer drive to store all the last minute uploads to be uploaded later, right? And monkeys will fly out of my butt. ...

I logged in at 10 a.m. EST and worked my entire shift. I got NJA a few times, so didn't do as many jobs as normal (straight typing only). Anyway, the work kept coming, so I kept typing. The DEP screen said they were working on moving the "stuck" jobs out, so I figured I would just plug along. I wrote down every job number I typed along the way. At the end of my shift, I had 17 jobs that were hanging in limbo. I had submitted a ticket to QCare but had received no respons ...

I don't get it. Suddenly companies are asking about download & upload speed of my computer. My computer has worked just fine for MT work for over 9 years now. Nobody has ever asked about the speed before, and I've never had any problems.
