Just curious how others are handling this POD - sm

I got hit by a flying POD yesterday for the first time. Line count, what is that? dropped 50 lines in nothing flat and that was end of shift, can hardly wait to see what my next work day holds. My first course of action is to apply for jobs out of this field. But in the meantime, can we "protest" this and how? You see this is what I don't understand. If the same hospitals are here, just grouped differently and we are still here, just grouped differently, why can't we keep a consistent set of accounts? What is the problem here? How can this be economically profitible for this company? Regardless, you are paying us to sit here for 8 hours a day, you are providing insurance, days off, things that COST the company MONEY. The smartest thing to do, would be to find a consistent group of employees that do their jobs well, let them rack up as many lines as humanly possible so you don't have to hire more people and pay more benefits and provide more days off. I am at a loss here, I am not a "book learner" as they say, to try and decipher a poorly written CP is almost impossible for me, and they are written so badly that I am amazed. So now you have 10 or so unfamiliar hospitals to try and figure out yet still try to put food on the table. Then an email from whoever this morning that we are making critical errors..OF COURSE, we are making critical errors, that is just common sense, you can only jumble someone's mind but so much before it blows up. How do we make a stand here? Do we flood QA with CP question related blanks? Do we send them flying and let the clent complain? We need as a group to plan a course of action, this is ridiculous at best...
