Is MQ Central still going to work? Anybody heard - from a CCM today

I never feel very secure with my job, but I am kind of wiggin' out today. Is there any way to get MedQuist E-mail? I find nothing for "employees" on the M-Modal site.

How are you getting to the MModal site? - ??

I would think they would just update MQ Central to MModal Central.

Wouldn't it be nice of them (since there must be hundreds or more of us) to just let us know? They sure expect it from us in return, don't they? I have a hard enough time working, but when something is going on, just a little reassurance would be so nice! I think M*Modal is the company that got my former employers strictly into voice recognition, and I flunked out on that!

There isn't an "employee portal" on the MModal website - sometimes companies have those.

I really wouldn't go into freak out mode. We are ALL in the same boat - none of us are able to get onto MQCentral yet and it might be a little longer before the page is back up. I suspect once it comes back up again it won't be called MQCentral anymore, it will probably have a completely different interface. No worries ... as long as we can still log in to work, still log in to clock in/out, and DocQManage is still OK we can still go on business as usual until MQCentral gets worked out.

I could not log onto teamwork or into the e-mail system either. It probably got overwhelmed by everyone sending e-mails asking what is going on.

no email means no new rules to client profiles, no chewing out because we didn't meet lines, no hearing about errors and no emails telling us what honcho just got promoted. Maybe it will be emmail now!

my personal email to my CCM also, but she never responded. I thought they could get email on their phones, etc. So, either she didn't get the email I sent, OR she is ignoring me .... Oh, well, I have been ignored by better than CCMs! :)

Something tells me our CCMs have their hands full today between the big change AND the NJA some of us are having. I wouldn't be a bit surprised if some of them weren't hiding under the desk in the fetal position today, LOL. Answering emails about MQCentral is probably the *LAST* thing on their list of priorities right now.

I can log in fine, but I cannot check my mail for some reason. When I go to the community page I get this message instead. I am logged in, my name is even at the top of the screen.
