Did anyone else not get paid? - just a little ole MT

My paycheck always shows up in my bank on the internet effective pending the Friday before we get paid, not today! I even checked with bank personally, and they show no signs of it. Has payroll changed things? I guess I will wait to see if it shows up in bank tmrw, but this is odd it's not showing yet.

I really wouldn't worry about that - did you check Ultipro?

One thing about MM, they pay on time. Check Ultipro to see your current pay statement.

First time ever it didn't show up. My pay statement in Ultipro shows that it was deposited, but it's not there. If it's not there tomorrow, I'm going to be pretty unhappy.

It is the bank's call as to when they credit the deposit to your just as long as it is credited to you on payday.

B of A started that a long time ago. They used to show it pending the day before, but not anymore.

They get it a bit sooner than the hour of payday, so they actually do have the money. They can use that money from the time they get it until the time of payday. They can make money off it by putting it in and taking it out of the treasury market. I heard about this on a financial talk radio show a long time ago and assume it is still true.

I set my bank account alert to notify me when money has deposited by sending me a text message. It normally shows up at 12 a.m. on payday.

Banks have gotten craftier about how they play with money. It's not illegal, it's a loophole. Though, it is illegal not to put the money in your account by the beginning of payday.

Mine won't show up until 8 a.m. or so sometimes. - I would not freak just yet. NM

You will get paid. Don't worry about it. If you're new or a transfer, then it may be something to take to payroll if there is a glitch, but otherwise they're always on time.

if you've made a recent change in your direct deposit, it may take a pay period for the bank to sync up with that change so you might receive a check in the mail this time, but then it kicks in and will direct-deposit the next pay period. At least that's what happened to me recently.

I've been working with my company for almost a year now and i'm wondering if I should start looking around at other compaines. I graduated from M-Tec last summer and got a job about a month later, they started me at 0.055 cpl, then in December bumped me up to 0.06 cpl. . . . we have to retype the entire VR job because it is 99% WRONG. It seems like it is getting worse instead of better. Detail. Then click on a job number and when page comes up on job view pull down, select Count Log file. THAT will show the job you are getting paid on. It will show the multiplier etc. Doesnt matter what the final line count is. That may not be what you actually did anyway. Final line count is the count they are paying you on, not necessarily the count you actually did. ...
