Audit. Where do I go the listen? - dnr

The site I used to go to does not exist, and the DocQManage site only has statistics, QA submitted reports and client profile look up. There are several disagreements I have with what I was marked off for. It is so aggravating. I should have added a word (which has no effect on the meaning of the sentence. I should not have included a word (which, again, has no effect on the meaning and was dictated. Then, there is the is that "should have been changed" to are which does change the meaning of the sentence, and I totally disagree with that change as it was not how I interpreted what the doctor said. Then, there is the "error" that I disagree with the change, and the change does not make sense to me in the context of what the doctor was talking about. I can't stand the QAM that took over our group. I haven't contacted/talked to her at all because what I want to say involves 4-letter words. Oh, and, of course, I was advised to give the reports a second proof. Got no time for that! I am already waiting for notice of performance management due to not meeting lph. I am 2 lph below minimum.

You'll have to find the date of the report on the audit - JustMe
[ In Reply To ..]Once you know the date or date range of the audited reports, go to your statistical page and you can locate them there by changing the option at the top of the page from "Daily Summary" to "Detail" to see the listing of individual reports which you can then find your IJ# and click on that report and listen to it.

I don't see a way to do it in Fiesa like my TSM said, unless I'm missing something. That would sure stink if this weren't possible. For example, if you think you need a reversal on something--it would help to be able to relisten to see if you really made that mistake. ??? ...

I bet I'm not alone. Your new pay plan is cruel. I would rather miss out on having a quarterly bonus and getting emotionally destroyed once in a quarter rather than every single day. This doctor is absolutely disgusting. I have umpteen jobs for him and he is constantly coughing and snorting up his snot. I can't take it any more. It is so gross. He sounds like a snorting PIG. According to a poster below which has apparently already attended one of the payroll meetings (as the poster posted) for nuance they have decided to keep the incentive part of all of our pay going with an exception that now you have to have over the industry standard of 98% to get a production based incentive. My score was 96.6. All the reports docked were ASR reports, missing a few things here and there like leaving in oven instead of correcting to even - well, you get the gist. There were no critical mistakes. Not once, in all my years working for hospitals or doctors have I had an aduit. I got 2 ASR audits lately. Is everyone getting them? I only do about 50 ASR reports a month and they seem to think I use my mouse too much. I am dangernous with short-cut keys. I tend to not stop to think and hit the wrong key and something goes whacky. I always know where my mouse is! Anyway, we run out of work at least 3 nights a week. Am I supposed to master the short-cut keys so I can do my work faster and run out of work sooner and sit here longer a ...

Last audit was 99.4 something percent accuracy. LPH was about 265. But oh, too many of my reports are sent in with blanks (worst accounts I have ever worked on) and I need to send more work to QA. Do they really think I am going to sit here and do this crap for 3 cpl? It would not even pay my utility bill. Think they will ever face reality? ...
