that is supposed to be available now? Does it really take 1 1/2 hours? What's the bad news?

Yours will probably be similar, we were also "acquired" by Nuance, and that is how I feel, acquired like a herd of cattle to the slaughter! Ours took an hour, but more links are to come on the Webclock, etc. We got the "exciting" new payroll changes (huge hit of about 40% for me for my SR rate) and we also got our insurance info (covers practically nothing until you get to your high deductible, better pray you don't get sick because you would be better off dead with the wages they are paying) Good luck to you, we at Accentus share/feel your pain!

Pay is cut for editing for sure, from what I can tell; although, its kinda hard to understand the compensation because of the way its presented. The speaker says one thing but the slide says another when concerning editing. I think its probably a little less for straight typing also. Only good thing I saw was PT will now get PTO and paid holidays. We have to download a program that monitors when we are working, too.

Saw it too. PT getting PTO has a double edge sword. Found out I cannot take unpaid time off to get back home from vacation, and had to resign to be able to go home. I was able to do it to get here, now they won't let me take it to get home. I really loved working for Probity and am crushed.

I bet I'm not alone. Your new pay plan is cruel. I would rather miss out on having a quarterly bonus and getting emotionally destroyed once in a quarter rather than every single day. This doctor is absolutely disgusting. I have umpteen jobs for him and he is constantly coughing and snorting up his snot. I can't take it any more. It is so gross. He sounds like a snorting PIG. On top of that, he's constantly forcefully flipping through the pages of the chart and it must be right near the microphone because it feels like it's going to break my eardrums. The MTs on my account have constantly complained about 1 doctor on VR who does not belong there!! We are simply typing his reports for the lesser pay. The site I used to go to does not exist, and the DocQManage site only has statistics, QA submitted reports and client profile look up. I don't see a way to do it in Fiesa like my TSM said, unless I'm missing something. That would sure stink if this weren't possible. For example, if you think you need a reversal on something--it would help to be able to relisten to see if you really made that mistake. ??? ...

I just had a job offer for Probity. I am considering it, but before I accepted I emailed them with a question about if there is steady work and still have had no response.
