Are DocQScribe/MQCentral running SLOW

I just came on shift and the system is sluggish, taking forever to download jobs and to switch between screens for ADT. As if that wasn't delightful enough, I just got the dreaded "unable to provide further audio" on the only decent-length job I've had, and I was actually able to hear it just fine. Since probably Friday mine has been painfully slow. I have the ProPlus and am supposed to have a max download speed of 1600 kbps, but they say typically 800-1000. Over the weekend mine was at about 250-300 and last night and so far today is in the 160s. Nearly impossible to work on. Periodically when I type in DocQscribe, it is slow to respond. The letters take a tiny bit of time to show up, and when this is happening, it also is not responding to the foot pedal correctly, seems slower, and if I have it set to rewind a bit when I lift my foot, it doesn't always do this. When this is happening, it sounds like the computer is working harder. I can hear the hard drive running more. Any suggestions on what might be wrong would be appreciated. ...

Does anyone else get XXX emails in their MQCentral email. I started getting it about 2 months ago and now everyday when I got in my email, I have at least 3 of emails to delete. I have accidentally deleted important emails because of this. I called support when it first happened as I saw it as a HIPPA infraction as I had assumed that MQCentral was a secure website. He told me that someone with my Medquist email address in their computer looks as these sites and that is how I've been getting ...
