Anybody not get a benefit rate letter yet? - Just wondering

I did get email saying senior management will be "cracking down" on schedules. You better have every single hour you are scheduled for accounted for in teamwork.

My TSM keeps giving the excuse that all of our line counts are way up because the program is so great and from all the mentoring, sk how could all of our rates drop? I'm down over a buck, and dow over 3 from this time last year!

Yep, I got one. Of course, as expected my rate dropped about $1.30. Being out of work for 6 weeks last year during the holidays really hurt, and training on new accts. It's really unfair that they ding us for that. Of course, they never do anything to benefit us, only them. Really hate this job! My last pay came out to about 12.50 an hour, no benefits, cannot afford them. PATHETIC!!!

Can't really afford to pay for insurance but need it. I take a few prescriptions that I could not afford with the help. However,I cannot afford to go to the doctor or dentist because I can only stretch this paycheck so for and make too much (ha) to qualify for help. Life is grand.

I thought I was prepared for the benefit rate letter. As far as I could tell, my pay had been at least the same and once in a while actually a few dollars higher. So, how can my benefit rate go DOWN $1 PER HOUR??????????? I was prepared that it would not be higher, but I think this is just plain wrong. Like the other poster said - wouldn't I have noticed if I was making $80-88 per paycheck LESS (80-88 hours full time average at minus $1 per hour)?? What a bunch of hooey. ...

Are you kidding me? Now I am down to $10 an hour for my benefit rate. I pulled out all my old rates and it shows a steady decline. Seriously, it CAN'T be all me. I have dropped from $17.25 to $16.16 to 14.39 to 13.58 to 12.56 to 10.60 to now 10.00. Is everyone else going through the same? I type the same as I always have for years and years and years, the only change is this ASR which apparently is the death of me. ...

Apparently they count work availability hours in your benefit rate calculation so you are getting dinged for not being able to work. If I can't work, I shouldn't be dinged for it IMO. That is why mine went down $3.00 an hour, lots of no work issues. ...

A few weeks ago, for no reason that I can find, I cannot get the first letter of a sentence to be in all caps automatically, (unless I do it manually.) The same for the letter " I " by itself when typed. It was always automatic and now all of a sudden it is doing this and I cannot figure out how to change it back. Has anyone received a letter about calculating your new benefit rate? I have had the same rate since probably last spring. I don't think they are calculating them every six months even though they say they do. I went on vacay in June and I am making the same benefit rate now that I was then. That was 8 months ago.
