with lots of blanks because of poor quality. What happens? I get hit with MULTIPLE invalid blanks. That is ridiculous. Would they rather have me guess. I don't care if everybody else in the company can hear it, if I can't then I WILL NOT guess just to keep from having to send it to QA or QC or whoever gets it. I have a new hospital account where the doctors are supposed to dictate the addresses of recipient doctors for the letters, but most don't, so then I have to either search for the address (if they didn't garble the name too much for a search) or pend the dictation to the hospital, which takes time. :p Is this typical?
