You do not need to buy a new book this year. Just get the change from the CDC website and add it by hand. Same with the procedures. Found out the hard way just this week that download speed is now 2 mbp or greater, with fluency shutting down on uploads. When did this happen? I was treated as if it is my ISP that is below-par on speed, but had upped to a 1.5 mbp plan just for "Q" a year ago.
