Zynx Health Anyone? - KtBoss

Posted: Jun 23, 2014

Hi All!

I have often used these boards when I was actually working transcription.  I have now moved on to management and truly miss transcription.  I am thinking of going back to that--whether it be part time, full time, etc.  I no longer love my job, and I just can't go to work everyday to a job I don't love.

At any rate, I recently saw some ads posted by Zynx Health.  I just wanted to see if anyone around here had heard of them, if they are fair, a good company to work for, etc.?  I have an at-home company I worked for before that is willing to take me back, but thought I'd see what else is out there first.

Thanks for any information you might have!

Those are all suspicious ads. I emailed Lora about them. - sm

There are several, all with the same body of text with different Yahoo email addresses. She removed a couple with different business names that also had identical text. My bet is this is some way to obtain your personal information.

I could not find a website for them and their ads sound very fishy. Beware of something like this. Do not reply.

There is a link to them through Meditech's site (See excerpt below), as well as their company website. Will try to include the link below. Not sure about the ads still, but the company itself does exist.

Zynx Health
Zynx Health offers MEDITECH customers the ability to integrate over 950 evidence-based order sets--including order sets that are foundational to addressing the requirements in the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA)--with MEDITECH's Physician Care Manager and Emergency Department Management suites. Zynx Health order sets help hospitals adopt evidence-based practices by presenting national quality measures and clinical evidence in an actionable format. When evidence-based order sets are used in conjunction with MEDITECH's Provider Order Management solution, physicians are provided with the latest evidence, guidelines, reminders, and performance measures.

Once you contact them, they are no longer Zynx Health but instead become Access Company, Ltd.
Yesterday they were BJC Healthcare - same ad - different contact

Yesterday (or very early this a.m.) there was an ad on the other job site from BJC Healthcare with a yahoo email addy for contact. It is gone now, but now there is the exact same ad, word for word, from Zynx with different contact in different state but still yahoo email.

Interesting thread. Thank you.
And now the Zynx ad is gone too - nm

It is a scam - anon

[ In Reply To ..]
It's common lately - they use a random yahoo address and IM to "interview" the prospective MT. They use the name of a legitimate company but the ad itself is a scam.

It happened to me - Pulease

This also happened to me recently. Apparently these scammers are utilizing legitimate company names to make you think they are real if you research them. Then they want you to do this "online interview" which after many, many questions they will tell you that they need your bank account info so that they can deposit $2500.00 into your account for YOU to purchase the equipment necessary for the position. They want you to be desperate enough for a job that you will go along with their request and you will LOSE your money to them and they are off onto their next victim.

It would be helpful if the moderators of this board would monitor the job seekers ads and promptly remove them if they appear to help prevent this from happening to MT's.

TIP: If you ever see or receive any email, etc. that ends in REGARDS or KINDEST REGARDS or MAY GOD BLESS chances are extremely high it is a scam.

Hope this helps others to beware and be safe!

Could Anyone Who Has An HRA (health Reimbursement Arrangement) Type Of Health Care
May 04, 2010

tell me how that works?  I know the insurance premiums are less than a regular health plan.  If your  company puts 500 in your account, does that mean the first few times, for example, until you use up the 500, you don't pay ANYTHING or is it the opposite...you pay the entire office visit cost until you reach that 500?  I would be so grateful for any information about this type of plan.  TIA ...

Health Insurance As An IC
Oct 21, 2010

I am considering becoming self employed (after a fashion) as an IC.  I have gone onto www.healthcare.gov and gone through the steps they advise when you want to take out private insurance.  Holy cow, the insurance plans offered varied in premium cost from $600 to $4000 per month for a family of 4, but the thing that got me was two items:  Maximum out of pocket for individual: 0$.  Annual deductible for individual: 0$.  Woohoo.  This just seems too good to be true.&n ...

Health Benefits
Mar 02, 2012

As June is approaching us, I suggest that anyone who has health benefits appeal to upper management (I emailed Vern and got a decent reply) to please consider better benefits.  They way they are now, if you are a single parent with young children, this plan could be catostrophic in a way worse than if you had no benefits or job to speak of.  I am not single nor have young children but am currently in debt of over 2,000 to a health provider.  I will probably still be paying it off when we use ...
