If your company puts 500 in your account, does that mean the first few times, for example, until you use up the 500, you don't pay ANYTHING or is it the opposite...you pay the entire office visit cost until you reach that 500? Does the company you work for have production requirements? I've never worked with any, but we were just informed that some are coming and that the industry standard is 150+ lines/hr. Here's what I think is the reason for the production statistics and what I think is going to happen this summer.
