They have templates that you do not get paid for. I made $6 an hour there.

person. I have worked there for sometime now and saw very little difference when the QT lines were started. Although, I am sure there were some with accounts that were making jack with the normals that were heavily affected. I make WAY more than $6 an hour. Most of the QT lines are things that are built in or just pulling in something that should only take a few seconds, nothing that really slows you down.

I didn't work there before the templates, but there seems to be some misconception as to what they are. It's not like VR where you have to read along. You enter the template and you're done there. If the doctor changes it, you get paid for those changes.

I, too, make a lot more than $6/hour. Maybe not like the good ol' days, but I'm still well into double digits anyway and have not had a paycheck under $1000 even with my single exclusive which uses normals fairly extensively.

If you were only making $6/hour, there was something wrong that run much deeper than the QT lines.

I work for ZM and love it there, but we were recently acquired by Accentus and I hear they are big on VR. Also, the last Emdat update I took showed MModal Editor, which was not in the previous version, so I am wondering if this is the first step to VR at ZM, too. Does anyone know why Zylomed starts you out as an IC and then offers employee status? What does employee status get you? PTO? Benefits? I understand there is no VR, do you know if it is all clinic transcription? Are there any incentives? Has anyone on the clinic side (Formerly Zylomed) of things heard anything at all about some of the things posted here on the Nuance board? Does not sound so good to me...... As of April 16 we are now employees. I have always been an IC. I do not follow a "web clock." I have always just done my accounts by the TAT required and have been left alone. My last 3 audits have 100, 100 and 99%. I am curious what is in store.
