it's hard to believe that with the number of MTs who frequent this site daily there is no one who can share anything on this company. Good, bad, ugly, anything at all.

and was hoping for a reply but didn't get one. Sorry you didn't get a reply, either.

I attempted to call Fenton personally and asked to speak to their Transcription Dept for the info I needed but was told they were out for the day. The person told me to email them my question(s), and they would reply to me the next day when they got back in. I've yet to receive any response from them. I'm thinking, if they can't/won't respond to me and no one on here has any knowledge of them, it's probably a sign that I best steer clear of them.

Don't work there but went to the website and filled in the contact form. A rep contacted me very quickly by e-mail and told me to send a resume via email. Did this on Friday and it is Tues. and have not heard. They pay 9 cpl.

When they count lines, do the VR lines count the same as the transcribed lines? Also ... are there ever chances to make a bonus or an incentive or maybe OT on certain accounts? My company of 11 years was bought out by Nuance. Not thrilled about this after all the negative comments on here. Starting in December we are going to their Web Clock for keeping time. Can anyone tell me how it works? Do we enter the hours worked at the end of the day or does it automatically do it for us? Also, the line count for editing and transcribing - does that auto populate too? The timesheet we have used for years prior to the buyout, we put the hours ...
