your plumber cannot do work on anyone elses pipes. That is crazy, and probably, illegal to tell an IC that they cannot work for anyone else. Do they expect their doctor to see only them? Their groomer to groom only their pet?
I hope nobody elects to work for them, but in this economy, there will be somebody that will.

2) "Vibrant teamwork atmosphere"...you are not allowed to talk to each other or QA, and vice versa. The one you can contact is going to make her lines before she gets to your email/questions, and is easily confused so good luck with that.
Horrid little company, small, quiet, keeps under the radar to stay alive. Pay is low and dictators mostly poor - fast and sloppy about 50% of the time. Can't hear them the other half of the time. Company suggested investing in a sound booster. Why? When it's more than 1 or 2 soft-spoken guys, problem is your system, not mine and not my ears.

Nobody has ever said anything to me regarding this, and I am not sure how they would know. It is not mentioned in my IC Agreement which seems to do a good job of outlining the IC relationship.

So, now if we have to go to the bathroom or some other thing that pulls away from the computer, we dont clock out otherwise we will be locked out for the shift?
