Spheris nightmares - J6pack

Had nightmares about my company last night. I was told to go in the office of my boss and do some punishment work. I sat there in front of this blank computer, would not turn on, and something said to sit in her chair, since she was not there, and start opening all the books and do the worksheets about what a bad person/MT I was. Then, she popped up in the back of the office in black. Scary, evil woman! She said terrible things, and just as I kept telling myself this could not be real, I woke up. THANK GOD! I can't wait to leave that company, and I am very soon. It has been the worst experience of my career, so sorry I signed on with them. I will not give further details, and I will not back up anything, just sharing my experience. You can take it at face value or question it or not beleive it. It's up to you.

After they get through with my reports, rephrasing what the doctors say, grading me down for commas, I feel like they are trying to hang me up on a clothesline somewhere. I feel I can't do anything right, because it will automatically be wrong.
Spheris "proofing" - J6Pack
[ In Reply To ..]With my many years of experience as an MT and familiarity with AHDI guidelines, etc., the changes that proofing makes are NEEDLESS most of the time. The editing is opinionated and many times wrong. I just don't care any longer.

[ In Reply To ..]I guess I wouldn't care so much about their editing things, if they wouldn't give me points off my QA score because of this. Also I am encouraged to leave blanks if I don't understand a word so I don't get a comprehension score which is 2 points off. So I leave a blank and it is counted as a major error. Too many major errors like this, and you can't pass your QA score for the week.
