I work for LM, acute care, Escription account and I have NO WORK! They have an ad on the job board that they are hiring? This is CRAZINESS! I have emailed K and asked to perhaps be moved to another account and no response. I was thinking of sending my resume to them, like actually applying for the jobs they have posted. Do you think they would even see the resume? I swear, the frustrations!

During the earlier part of the day is when most people work, so I try to avoid that time to ensure that I get enough lines. I do, however, think it's crazy that they're hiring right now when they could most likely easily staff those accounts with their existing employees who need more work.

[ In Reply To ..]I worked diskriter back in the day while sitting there with only 3 jobs a day and flexing my schedule they were hiring so I put in my application again for full time and got the response that they could not hire me full time as I am already full time and I asked them then where is all the full time work???? No reply back to that. Then I was fired because the doctor put the wrong med rec # in, which is something I had no control of and could not cross refrenced as we were never given med rec #s. I was smart cuz we were only to use their computers to their work but since you could not print out their emails cuz U could not plug in a printer any on their machine I saved all the emails saying flex your time low workload to an external hard drive and printed them out from there and sent them with my application to unemployment office and got my unemployment instantly Be smart about it!!

is pretty much a bitch-fest, at least it is some sort of contact with other MTs... oh excuse me... MLS. I have never worked at a place where there was so little contact, no feedback, no sense of teamwork. Yes, too much oversight with TLs hovering over you is oppressive and you may say... that's okay, I'd like that, just leave me alone to do my work... but really, it's tough to feel totally isolated, anyone agree? ...
