... a lower rate of holiday pay on their most recent pay stub?  We're now supposedly being paid by the DOL wage determination rate based on where the facility is located. I volunteered to work on one of the new facilities until they got caught up.  The WDR for this facility is considerably less than the other facility I work on. I noticed that the holiday pay was according to the rate for the lower-wage facility that I agreed to temporarily work on.

note my holiday pay never matches my primary facilty or the rate I received that pay period!

Has anyone been able to figure out how we are actually being paid when working on multiple accounts? - wondering

I have no clue from one payperiod to the next what it will be (makes it realllly hard to do the household budget!). I have no idea what formula or percentage or even base rate is being used to come up with what is on the pay stub (which is always different).

I haven't figured it out yet. - curious

Communication is very poor with this company. And yes, it does make it difficult to do the household budget when our pay is inconsistent.

The SCA says to clearly state compensation. Does that not apply to home workers? Yet they just passed an audit.

How much extra work on the new accounts are we supposed to do (for those of us who have older primary accounts)? I know the initial e-mail requested that everybody pitch in and do "4 or 5 jobs" on the new accounts. I wouldn't mind helping out so much if the new accounts didn't have a lower wage determination rate than my primary. I need to pay my bills!

Thought that email was to do that many extra reports a day. I wish it was only 4-5 reports per day on the new accounts as they pay lower and seems I'm never allowed to work on my primary anymore unless it's out of TAT or in SOS. I need the money and line counts I was getting. Never will I "volunteer" again.

In almost every ASR report lately, there have been gross errors in the dosages of medications.  In 1 report today, it had Colace 70 mg when the dictator clearly said 100 mg.  Then in another report, it had Protonix 3 mg daily when the dictator said 40 mg daily.  Watch your dosages closely!!!!  Something is up! ...

remember the system used to automatically capitalize the first letter as you were typing..i.e. after a period (.) etc. well, it is no longer doing this....wonder why? wonder if there is a way to get it to do this as I found this to be a time saver...   ....upgrade?   things are seeming to take longer to me ??? ...

For some reason I keep thinking they covered this on the tutorial...but I'm a shift and don't have time to figure it out.  When I did the spell check at the end (which took an exceptionally long time), it appeared all my text turned BLUE (liike it does when you highlight) and then disappeared! Yesterday, my TSM sent out an e-mail notifying us that in January, the team leads will be transitioning to other positions as that job description is being done away with.  All I can say is I sure hope they had more warning and that it was not a surprise.  The TSM also asked for patience with her as she assumes their duties.  I wanted to laugh as I have not been overall impressed with the duties she was already performing. ...

Just gave my notice! Working for the Q was just too stressful! Pay was crap, hours were crap.  I couldn't take it anymore! I went from an awesome job making about 25 bucks an hour with great hours to the Q?
