You have to do the foot work like everyone else. You may try MM or Nuance with benefits, but if you think you have stress issues now, wait until those people get hold of you. You basically will have to be available 24/7, and pass constant audits with 99.65% accuracy or be put on PM with first warning. Doesn't matter if it is a comma, a hyphen, etc.
Most companies want ICs now. No benefits and you have to match your own SS payment, pay your own taxes, and pay full health premiums for what can turn out to be less than minimum wage. This is why the above poster was saying to keep your job. It sounds like the best you can do in this field now. Again, even if there were good companies around with benefits, and there are not, no one here is going to share that information with you.
