WOW, some people cannot handle reality. Anxiety or no anxiety. Then find out for yourself. Go from MTSO to MTSO and Nuance. Some people who are 'doubting Thomases' have to walk the walk. SM's advice was smack on. Pathology is the only department left in house. And in house is the only place with benefits. Out here is Nuance's arena and we are paid worse than illegals. Come aboard then. Why not then start with Mmodal. Think SM was rude....wait for QA. Be also prepared for not only anxiety, but feelings of helpless, hopeless, and worthless.
